CrewCall Digital ("CrewCall Digital," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you visit crewcalldigital.com (the "Site"), book a call with us, engage us for lead nurture or advertising services, or otherwise interact with us (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing or using the Site or Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with it, please do not use the Site or Services.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Site or Services after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.
This Privacy Policy should be read alongside our Terms and Conditions.
Information We Collect
We collect information in the following ways:
a) Information you provide directly to us
Such as when you book a strategy call, submit a contact form, sign up as a client, or communicate with us by phone, email, or SMS. This may include your name, business name, job title, email address, phone number, billing details, service area, and trade/industry.
b) Information collected automatically
When you browse the Site. This includes IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, time spent on pages, referral source, and similar usage data, typically gathered through cookies, pixels, and similar tracking technologies (see Section 5).
c) Information collected through the Services we provide to clients
Where a business engages us to manage its lead nurturing, we build and manage landing pages, ad campaigns, and CRM systems on that client's behalf. Through these tools, we may process information submitted by the client's own prospective customers ("End Users") - for example, name, phone number, email address, service address, and details of the service requested - as well as call recordings and call metadata from call-tracking software connected to the client's campaigns. This End User information is processed on behalf of, and belongs to, our client, consistent with the account and data ownership terms in our service agreements.
d) Information from third-party platforms
Where you or our clients connect accounts such as Google Ads, Google Business Profile, Google Local Services Ads, or Meta Ads, we may access campaign, account, and performance data through those platforms' APIs in order to deliver the Services.
How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide and manage the Services, including building landing pages, running ad campaigns, and operating CRM and call-tracking tools
- Send or trigger SMS and email follow-up, review requests, and re-engagement messages in connection with a client's campaigns
- Respond to inquiries, schedule calls, and manage our relationship with clients and prospective clients
- Process payments and maintain business, accounting, and billing records
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign and Site performance
- Improve our Services, Site, and internal processes
- Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, or activity that violates our agreements or the law
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements
Legal basis for processing (EEA/UK visitors only). If you are located in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, we process personal information where we have your consent, where processing is necessary to perform a contract with you, where we have a legal obligation, or where processing serves our legitimate interests (such as operating and securing the Site, direct marketing, or service improvement) and those interests are not outweighed by your rights.
How We Share Information
We do not sell personal information. We may share information as follows:
- With advertising and analytics platforms - such as Meta and Google - to run, deliver, and measure ad campaigns. These platforms may set their own cookies or pixels and act as independent controllers of information collected through their tools; their use of information is governed by their own privacy policies.
- With service providers - vendors that support our operations, such as CRM, call-tracking, SMS/email delivery, website hosting, and payment processing providers, who are authorized to use information only to perform services for us.
- With our clients - End User/lead information nurtured through a client's campaigns is routed and made available to that client, as it is their data under our service agreement.
- For legal and safety reasons - where required by law, legal process, or government request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of CrewCall Digital, our clients, End Users, or others.
- In connection with a business transaction - such as a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to standard confidentiality protections.
- With your consent - for any other purpose disclosed to you at the time of collection.
We do not share phone numbers or SMS opt-in/consent data with third parties for their own marketing purposes, except with the vendors who help us deliver those messages (such as SMS platform or aggregator providers) or where you have given express consent.
Cookies and Tracking Technologies
The Site and the landing pages we build for clients use cookies, pixels (including the Meta Pixel and Google tag), and similar technologies to operate the Site, measure ad performance and conversions, and support retargeting campaigns.
You can manage or disable cookies through your browser settings; doing so may limit some Site functionality and reduce ad personalization. The Site does not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals.
SMS and Email Communications
Where SMS or email automation is used as part of a client's campaign, recipients may opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP, and may unsubscribe from email via the link included in each message. We honor opt-out requests promptly and expect our clients to do the same for communications sent on their behalf.
Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain business and accounting records, and meet legal, tax, or regulatory obligations. Lead and campaign data nurtured for a client remains that client's property and stays accessible to them for as long as required by our service agreement, including after our engagement ends. We may retain information longer where necessary to resolve disputes or enforce our agreements.
Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures designed to protect information against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access or disclosure, and we require our vendors to apply comparable protections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children's Privacy
Our Site and Services are directed at businesses and are not intended for individuals under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us using the details in Section 14 so we can address it.
Links to Other Websites and Platforms
The Site may link to third-party websites or platforms, including Google, Meta, and social media platforms. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties, and this Privacy Policy does not apply to any site or service that is not operated by us.
Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to request access to or a copy of it, to request correction or deletion, to restrict or object to certain processing, or to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in Section 14. We may need to verify your identity before responding and, where allowed by law, may decline a request that conflicts with our legal or contractual obligations.
California
California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know, access, delete, and correct personal information, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not sell personal information for monetary payment. If you wish to opt out of sharing for advertising purposes (for example, through advertising cookies/pixels), contact us using the details below or adjust your cookie settings.
Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, and Utah
Residents of these states have similar rights under their respective state privacy laws, including rights to access, correct, or delete personal information and to opt out of targeted advertising, sale, or certain profiling. You may exercise these rights by contacting us using the details in Section 14, and, where applicable, you have the right to appeal a denied request.
EEA/UK
If applicable law in your jurisdiction grants you additional rights (such as data portability or the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority), you may exercise those rights by contacting us, or by contacting your local data protection authority.
International Data Transfers
CrewCall Digital is based in India and works with clients located in the United States, Canada, and elsewhere. As a result, information we collect may be processed or stored in India or other countries whose data protection laws may differ from those of your home country. Where required, we take reasonable steps to ensure information is handled consistently with this Privacy Policy.
Third-Party Platform Terms
Where the Services involve connecting your accounts on Google, Meta, or similar platforms, your use of those platforms remains subject to their own respective terms of service and privacy policies, in addition to this Privacy Policy.
